  The Cold Spring Depot is a restaurant that serves ribs, steaks, poultry, seafood, sandwiches, omelets, comfort food and vegetarian options. The Cold Spring Depot is an interesting restaurant because it was originally built as a freight terminal in 1893 and was a river terminus for the old Toll Turnpike. The station was then sold in 1954 and turned into a Jeep dealership. It was eventually turned into a restaurant in 1972 and features many wall paintings of Cold Spring life at the time the depot was originally built. It is open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

  The Hudson House River Inn is a historic restaurant that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and also serves as a hotel. It was built way back in 1832. The Hudson House is located just 100 feet from the Hudson River and serves steak, seafood, poultry, soups, salads and hardy sides such as roasted garlic mashed potatoes and beer-battered onion rings. It is open Thursday through Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
