If the first Starbucks in New York City has closed do you know 2nd NYC location to open?

As of my last update in September 2021, the first Starbucks in New York City has not closed. It opened in 1994 and is still operating at 1912 Broadway, at the intersection of 64th Street, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
