Where are the places where most tornado occur?

The most frequent occurrence of tornados is widely recognized to be in what is commonly referred to as "Tornado Alley." This area encompasses portions of the central United States, stretching from Texas up to Nebraska, and extending to the western and central regions of Kansas and Oklahoma. The high rates of tornado activity occurring in this region are mainly attributed to a unique mix of geographical characteristics, including the convergence of the Great Plains' continental air masses along with warm, humid winds from the Gulf of Mexico. These environmental conditions create a favorable environment for the development of severe thunderstorms and occasionally tornados. Beyond the Tornado Alley region, other parts of the United States, such as Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, are also known for experiencing frequent tornados.
