Does University of South Carolina have reciprocity for NC Undergrad students?

The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE) has established reciprocity agreements with several states, including North Carolina. Under these agreements, students from participating states may be eligible for in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities in South Carolina.

To be eligible for reciprocity, students must:

* Be a legal resident of a state that has a reciprocity agreement with South Carolina

* Have graduated from a high school in the reciprocal state

* Be admitted to a public college or university in South Carolina

Students who meet these criteria may be eligible to pay in-state tuition rates at South Carolina public colleges and universities. However, it is important to note that some programs and courses may not be eligible for reciprocity. Additionally, students may be required to pay additional fees, such as out-of-state fees or tuition differentials.
