Cox's Bazar: The World's Longest Unbroken Sandy Beach

The longest sea beach in Bangladesh is Cox's Bazar Beach (also called Panowa Beach). It stretches approximately 120 kilometers (75 miles) along the coast of the Cox's Bazar district, near the Myanmar border. It is widely considered the longest unbroken sandy beach in the world. The beach is a major tourist destination, known for scenic beauty, water sports, and marine life including dolphins, sea turtles, and numerous fish species.
