In 1801 a new version of the official flag United Kingdom?

In 1801, the Act of Union between Great Britain and Ireland came into effect, resulting in the creation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. As part of this act, a new version of the official flag was adopted, which incorporated the Cross of St. Patrick to represent Ireland alongside the crosses of St. George and St. Andrew for England and Scotland. This flag, known as the Union Jack, has remained the official flag of the United Kingdom to this day.
