When did rome conquer the british isles?

Rome never conquered all of the British Isles. The Romans invaded Britain in AD 43 and gradually conquered most of England and Wales, but they never succeeded in conquering Scotland or Ireland. The Romans withdrew from Britain in AD 410, and the British Isles were then ruled by a series of native Celtic and Germanic kingdoms.
