Results day in the United Kingdom is the date when students receive the results of their A-Level or GCSE examinations. A-Levels are taken by students aged 16-18, and GCSEs are taken by students aged 14-16. The results of these exams are used to determine whether students will be accepted into university or college.

Students who receive their exam results on results day usually receive them in person at their school or college. They can also view their results online or by phone.

The results students receive on results day can have a significant impact on their future. Students who achieve high grades may be offered places at top universities or colleges, while those who receive low grades may have to retake their exams or choose a different career path.
