Did William penn advertise his colony in Italy?

There is no evidence to suggest that William Penn advertised his colony in Italy. Penn primarily promoted his Quaker colony, Pennsylvania, in England, Germany, and the Netherlands, where there were significant populations of religious dissenters seeking religious freedom. He published promotional pamphlets and arranged speaking tours to attract settlers to his colony.
