Is London the most culturally diverse city in world?

While London is indeed a culturally diverse and cosmopolitan city, it might not be accurate to say that it's the most culturally diverse city in the world. Cultural diversity is a difficult concept to measure and define objectively. However, based on various factors such as the number of languages spoken, ethnic diversity, and cultural events, cities like New York City, Toronto, and Singapore are often considered to be among the most culturally diverse in the world.
