Send a message to the Managing Director of Investor Relations. While an email may be the easiest way for you to make your move, a hand-written letter or personal phone call to the company's Chicago headquarters will garner a more direct response.
Ask the Managing Director for a meeting time or a minute of personal phone time with the CEO. While he will likely be "unavailable" on the spot, be persistent in asking how and when a meeting or phone call could be scheduled.
Give your name, phone number and a clear reason for calling the company's top executive. If your reason is not compelling, you will have little chance of reaching the person.
Call and send letters repeatedly until you have an appointment with the man himself, or your query or problem is completely solved.
