Who is the current head of government UK?

As of my limited knowledge up to September 2021, the head of government of the United Kingdom is Boris Johnson, who has been serving as the Prime Minister since 2019. However, this information could be outdated, and there may have been changes since then. To obtain the most up-to-date information, I recommend visiting the official UK government website or reputable news sources.
