1. First, the English man and the Brazilian woman must be legally married. This can be done in either Brazil or the United Kingdom. If the marriage is taking place in Brazil, the couple must obtain a marriage license from the local civil registry office. If the marriage is taking place in the United Kingdom, the couple must give notice of their intention to marry at a register office.
2. Once the couple is married, they must apply for a UK spouse visa for the Brazilian woman. This can be done online through the UK government website. The application fee is £1,523. The visa will allow the Brazilian woman to live and work in the United Kingdom for up to 2 years and 9 months.
3. After the Brazilian woman has received her visa, she must travel to the United Kingdom and activate it. This can be done by visiting the UK Visa and Immigration Service (UKVI) within 10 days of arriving in the country.
4. Once the visa is activated, the Brazilian woman will be able to live and work in the United Kingdom. She will also be entitled to free healthcare and education. After 5 years of living in the United Kingdom, she will be eligible to apply for permanent residency.
It is important to note that the process of marrying a Brazilian woman and bringing her back to the United Kingdom can be complex and time-consuming. It is therefore advisable to seek legal advice if you are considering this process.
