Yes. Both islands sit in Upper New York Bay:

• Ellis Island – Immigration museum (1892–1954).
• Liberty Island – Statue of Liberty (since 1886).

They're 0.5 miles apart. Ferries from Battery Park (Manhattan) and Liberty State Park (Jersey City) serve both. Combined ticket recommended. Allow 3–4 hours for both sites.
