Wanderlust World Wanderlust World No. UK law (Animal Welfare Regulations) bans the sale of puppies (and kittens) in pet shops to combat puppy farming. Licensed breeders and rescue centres are the legal sources. "Lucy's Law" (2020) strengthened this: puppies must be bought directly from breeders or adopted from rescues. Pet shops can sell supplies, not live animals.
