Kids Activities in Albany, New York

Albany, New York, home of the annual Tulip Festival, offers a variety of activities for children, from toddlers to teens. Children can experience the thrill of big name theme park rides, participate in sporting events and explore nature and the arts. All the usual amusements, including fast food playgrounds and skating rinks, can be found in New York's capital city, just 150 miles north of New York City.

More children's activities abound at the Children's Museum of Science and Technology (cmost.org) less than eight miles north, in Troy, New York, and children may enjoy seeing the Barnum & Bailey Circus (ringling.com) when it comes to town.
