"Famous Ferridians" are the town's proudest outputs, according to the Town of Ferriday website. Two famous journalists and three legendary piano players called Ferriday, Louisiana, home. The town of 4,000 offers visitors traditional small-town charm, trophy fishing and national refuges. Visitors to Ferriday will only find one hotel within the town, but many more hotel options exist in nearby Vidalia or Natchez just 10 miles to the southeast at the Mississippi border.
While it's offerings are modest, the Relax Inn is located right in Ferriday and offers single or double rooms with free parking at your door. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but other restaurants exist in town a short drive, or walk, away.

Hampton Inn and Suites is located in the town of Natchez, 11 miles from Ferriday. The hotel offers 86 rooms that include refrigerators, coffeemakers, irons and microwaves for their patrons. Guests are offered a complimentary beverage area, breakfast area, luggage hold service, as well as coin laundry. Business services are also offered upon request, including meeting rooms and a business center. A fitness room and pool is also available for guests of the Hampton Inn and Suites.
