Hotels Near Lushan

The town of Lushan in China is a popular resort for both national and foreign visitors, and has been since the 19th century. The predominant architectural style is Western. Tourists are attracted to Lushan because of Mount Lushan and the surrounding national park, a UNESCO World Heritage site due to the thousands of plant species that can be found there. Traditionally, people would spend their summers vacationing on the mountain as it proved cooler than the cities and towns nearby.

    • This Western-style hotel is situated close to the political center of Lushan, as well as being conveniently located near to Mount Lushan. Downtown Lushan is a 10-minute drive away, and guests will find they are right next to the majestic Ruqin Lake, which is bordered by several small mountains. The hotel has 100 rooms equipped with television, en suite bathroom and air conditioning; all have simple furnishings and a pleasant cream color scheme. There is also a spa and restaurant on the premises of the hotel.

Guests can relax in the spa, fitness center and beauty salon as well as in the bar; additionally the hotel is surrounded by shaded gardens ideal for strolling in. Guling Hotel Lushan offers good value for money and breakfast is included in the rate of the rooms.

    Longwan Hot Springs Resort

    • One of the main draws of this hotel -- aside from its location facing Mount Lushan -- are the natural hot spring treatments it provides. Aside from lengthy pampering sessions, the hotel boasts basketball and volleyball courts as well as a swimming pool. The resort looks lavish from the outside with a dome-topped roof, whereas the Western-style rooms are rather less ornate, but have en suite bathroom and television. The on-site restaurant serves traditional Chinese food.

    Oriental International Hotel Lushan

    • This hotel has scenic views of Mount Lushan and the Lotus Lake from many of the rooms. As with many of the other hotel's in this touristy area, rooms have Western furnishings and include private bathroom and television. Attention is paid to business guests in the form of several conference rooms and there is an on-site restaurant.
