Visit Mazo Beach, the only official nude beach in Wisconsin. It is located on the Wisconsin River in southern Wisconsin. This scenic beach has bluffs and cliffs on one side of the river and willows on the other.
Find the beach. Travel on highway Y between Sauk City and Mazomaine.
Expect Mazo Beach to be generally quiet. You will not find noisy annoyances such as loud radios. This is more of an acoustic guitar kind of beach.
Play! Recreation options include volleyball, picnicking and canoing on the river.
Know the rules of conduct. Do not litter. Do not take a picture of anyone without asking first and stay out of sight from the parking lot. Do not bring glass on the beach. Pets are allowed as long as you keep them leashed and pick up after them.
