Find a secluded swimming hole. While many swimming holes in Pennsylvania require bathing suits, it is possible to find some that are more secluded and can be used in the nude. These include Stony Fork near Wellsboro, Jacobs Creek Falls near Scottdale and Hammersly Hole, which is located about 60 miles northwest of Williamsport.
Consider camping at the Broken Arrow Nudist Camp in Western Pennsylvania. You will not only be able to get together with others who enjoy nude recreation, but you can also relax along the edge of their spring-fed 2-acre lake.
In the eastern part of the state in the Pocono Mountains lies a naturist retreat-the Sunny Rest Resort. There, you'll be able to camp, swim and hike in the private area.
