Odessa Texas Italian Restaurants

Odessa, Texas, is located in western Texas about an hour east of the New Mexico border. As of 2009, there were a little more than 100,000 people living in the city. Tourists can enjoy art museums, theaters and music halls, historical sites, several shopping centers and a large number of restaurants, including several Italian eateries.

    • Carino's is a casual family-friendly Italian restaurant. The comprehensive menu offers several appetizers, which come in regular-, family- and mini-sized portions and include calamari frito and baked stuffed mushrooms. Customers can choose to build their own pizza or may choose from classic Italian dishes such as chicken fettuccine or spaghetti and meatballs. Some of the Carino's specials include chicken penne with Gorgonzola and angel hair with artichokes. The restaurant offers a children's menu, drinks list, gluten-free menu and dessert menu. Carino's specializes in offering family-size portions of food to enhance the family-oriented experience. Carino's is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Fazoli's

    • Fazoli's is a family-friendly casual eatery and offers customers fresh oven-baked pastas, subs, pizzas, salads and family-sized options. The family options allow families to pick two pastas, which serves four people, and includes a family-sized salad and eight breadsticks. In addition, Fazoli's offers a children's menu featuring five kid-friendly meals such as spaghetti with marinara, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo. As of 2010, Fazoli's is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Zucchi's

    • Zucchi's was opened in 1994 and has an extensive wine selection. Zucchi's menu offers customers various antipasti options including eggplant parmigiana and grilled portabella mushrooms. For meals, customers can choose from a number of pizzas and pastas or can order specialty meals including blackened salmon, 22-day aged fillet and veal of the day. Reservations are available. Zucchi's is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 5:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner. Fridays, Zucchi's is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 5:15 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. Saturday is dinner only from 5:15 p.m. to 10 p.m. Zucchi's is closed on Sunday.
