Mount Washington Village is an upscale neighborhood in northwest Baltimore, Maryland. The district's tree lined streets are home to several art galleries and outdoor cafes as well as the Mount Washington Pediatrics Hospital. The village is also home to the annual Mount Washington Wine, Art & Jazz Festival held every September, which features several outdoor concerts.

    • Ethel and Ramone's is located at the corner of Sulgrave and Kelly Avenues in the heart of Mount Washington.
