This Seattle Polish restaurant is a members-only establishment and is only opened to the public two days a week. The public can dine at PB Kitchen on Fridays and Sundays. To dine at the restaurant, non-members of the Polish Home Association can purchase a $1 temporary membership.
Diners can feast on traditional Polish cuisine, such as cabbage rolls and potatoes, zapiekana cebula with ciescie and beef tripe. An assortment of cakes are offered for dessert. PB Kitchen operates a catering service year-round.

The restaurants specialize in desserts, pastries and piroshkies, which are small dumplings that are filled with savory or dessert fillings. This Seattle Polish restaurant serves more than 20 types of piroshkies. The varieties of vegetable piroshkies include cabbage, carrots and onions; broccoli and cheese; and mushrooms and cabbage. Meat piroshkies include beef and cheese; beef, potato and cheese; and beef and cabbage.
