The Grub Steak Restaurant has been present in the West Carrollton area, in some form, since 1963. However, the restaurant closed in 2008 to undergo a complete transformation. After a name change to simply "Grub Steak Restaurant," and a new location, the new eatery opened for business in 2008. Grub Steak Restaurant serves up hearty fare including steaks and "Royal Ribs," the restaurant specialty. All meats are cut by professional meat cutters on-property and salad dressings are homemade. Grub Steak Restaurant is open for dinner every day and serves a sandwich and salad lunch menu on Fridays only as of October 2010.

El Rancho Grande, opened in 2010, is the newest Mexican restaurant in the West Carrollton area. Formerly El Grande, the restaurant offers traditional Mexican style foods such as burritos, fajitas, tacos, and chili rellenos. Combination plates, which include rice and refried beans, are the focus of the menu. Dessert options include fried ice cream and Sopapilla cheesecake.
