Specializing in Spanish cuisine, Ibiza received Zagat ratings of "very good to excellent" for its service and decor and "extraordinary to perfection" for its food. Eight appetizers lead the menu, such as the crema de calabaza, butternut squash pureed into a cream served with yellow and green squash, roasted whole butternut squash and brie cheese. A dinner feature, the solomillo is grilled beef tenderloin served alongside root vegetables and beets, all served in a Spanish red wine sauce. For dessert, try the tarta de manzana, a homemade apple strudel baked to order in phylo dough and accompanied by honey ice cream. The restaurant's extensive wine list is a past recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Ibiza is open Fridays for lunch and Mondays through Saturdays for dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Casual attire is suggested.
