The Portland Rose Festival is held annually in June and is the second largest all-floral parade in the country. The Portland Rose Festival Association in a non-profit organization that operates the parade and all members are volunteers. The parade receives an about 500,000 spectators along the route and is the largest event in the state of Oregon.
