Atlanta, the capital of Georgia, is one of the fastest growing cities in the country; it's already home to a diverse population of nearly 5 million in the metropolitan area. Residents and visitors have dozens of choices for things to do, and the options don't stop in the winter months.
Snow Mountain amusement park creates a place just for outdoor winter activities the whole family can enjoy, including building snowmen and igloos, playing in a snow fort, shooting snowballs and snow tubing. Minutes from downtown Atlanta, the park opens for business in December.
