Fogarty's since 1999. Sit back, relax and socialize with friends or watch the game in the pub, where you can imbibe a variety of spirits and dine on food from the special pub menu, which includes such items as bangers and mash, shephard's pie and a crab cake hoagie. A full lunch and dinner menu is offered in the dining room and features Irish smoked salmon, roast duckling, beer-battered shrimp and lamb stew. This family-friendly Irish pub is family owned and operated. It began in 1928 as a rest stop that served hot dogs along Route 22. By 1950, it had turned into a sit-down eatery. The restaurant has won several awards, including "Best Burger in Westchester" by Zagat. The chili has also been named as the best by Westchester Magazine. Menu items include Blazer chili, a variety of burgers (including the Blazer burger), a fried fish sandwich, buffalo chicken fingers, a hot corned beef sandwich and a grilled chicken Caesar wrap.
