Yono's is inside of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Albany. The restaurant has previously received a DiRONA award for its cuisine from the Distinguished Restaurants of North America as well as an "Achievement of Excellence in Fine Dining" award from the American Culinary Federation. The menu features a blend of Indonesian and French cuisine, and the menu changes at least seasonally. Past entrees include vegetarian stir fry in a sweet soy sauce, pork tenderloin with ginger and orange and braised short ribs with lemongrass, lime leaves and chilies. Dale Miller Restaurant is the project of celebrity chef Dale Miller, who is one of the only 61 Certified Master Chefs in the United States. Ten appetizers lead the menu, such as pan-seared foie gras and a ragout of snails with baguette chips. A signature entree is the char-roasted filet of beef with Gorgonzola butter, pancetta and hot potato salad. Consisting primarily of French and Californian vintages, the wine list contains around 370 selections and has earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence. Dale Miller Restaurant is open for lunch on weekdays and for dinner Mondays through Saturdays. The restaurant closes every Sunday. Reservations are highly recommended and accepted online and by phone. Business casual is the attire. Outdoor dining is available on the restaurant's terrace, weather permitting.
