    • Madeline's Restaurant features Euro-Asian cuisine designed by chef-owner Teresa Miller. Madeline's house specialties include pan-seared diver scallops, kale mashed potatoes, seared Ahi tuna, red curried duck and rack of lamb. A full bar features more than 80 single malt scotches and brandies and a selection of more than 100 wines, in addition to beers and other spirits. A large selection of gluten-free appetizers and entrees is offered as well. Desserts include tiramisu, creme brulee and bread puddings. The restaurant was open nightly for dinner, as of 2010.

    • The John Thomas Steakhouse, located in a country setting, offers traditional steakhouse fare seven nights a week. Specialties of the house are a house dry-aged porterhouse steak for two, double loin lamb chops, jumbo shrimp scampi and smoked trout with house-made horseradish sauce. The appetizer menu features brie en croute, baked deviled crab and clams casino. A full bar serves wines, beers and other spirits to accompany the large entree selection.     • Simeon's on the Commons is an upscale American bistro with an extensive full bar selection. The restaurant sits on a busy street corner of Ithaca with several outdoor tables for guests to enjoy the sights of the city. Specialties of the house are a kettle chip fondue, an arugula and quinoa salad, a Kobe beef burger and linguine with fresh clam sauce. A children's menu offers macaroni and cheese, pizza and chicken nuggets. Simeon's is open seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, as of 2010.
