The restaurant is a past winner of the Bay News Channel Nine area television station award for "Best Barbecue in Tampa Bay." The restaurant is best known for its pulled pork, baby back ribs, barbecued catfish fillets, southern sausage and top sirloin steaks. The restaurant serves beer and wine. Smokehouse B-B-Q and Grill serves lunch and dinner daily with the exception of Sundays, when the restaurant closes. Reservations are not required. Casual attire is suggested. Outdoor dining is available on the restaurant's patio, weather permitting.

The Tally Ho Bar and Grille is on North 56th Street, approximately three miles from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (approximately six minutes by automobile). The dining area features six large-screen televisions that play sporting events. Sixteen appetizers lead the menu, including standard pub fare such as fried cheese sticks and nachos as well as less-expected items such as smoked mahi-mahi pate and spicy spring rolls. The menu features five burgers, such as the Blue Max, made with Black Angus beef and topped with blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Salads, hot dogs, quesadillas and hot and cold sandwiches and wraps are also served. A full bar is available. The Tally Ho Bar and Grille serves lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are not taken.
