Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar offers an upscale setting filled with white linen tablecloths, wine stored amidst the walls and dim mood lighting. The steakhouse offers such standard fare as prime rib, double thick pork chops, peppercorn steak, as well as Alaskan king crab legs and Caesar salad. The restaurant also features more than 100 wines available by the glass. Four specialty rooms are available for private events, accommodating from 30 to 85 people.

The Capital Grille boasts a decidedly classic upscale feel enhanced by tea lamps, art deco chandeliers and dark wood furnishings scattered throughout both the bar and dining area. The steakhouse menu features lobster and crab burgers, seared tenderloin, veal chop Milanese and a traditional wedge salad. Side dishes include such fare as parmesan truffle fries, sauteed spinach and fresh asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. The restaurant also employs a sommelier, or wine steward, to recommend choices from the more than 5,000 bottles of in-house wine.
