One of the best things about being a biker is checking out new cities. Savannah, Georgia, is located on the Atlantic coast in the south of Georgia. Savannah is the oldest city in Georgia and was the state's first capital. It's known throughout the United States for its colonial architecture and southern charm. While not as big as Atlanta, Savannah does have a small biker scene.
The Long Branch on Pennsylvania is Savannah's most well-known biker bar. This place is an ordinary, local watering hole with good company and cheap drinks. The clientele and staff are friendly and all types of people are welcome. Plenty of bikers stop at this bar when passing through town on the way south to Florida. If you want a bar with good music where you can hang out and make some friends, Long Branch is the place for you in Savannah.

Just west of Savannah, the Tree House Bar & Grill is known throughout town for their good food and cheap drinks. The Tree House is biker friendly and serves up great steaks and burgers, seven days a week. The atmosphere here is totally relaxed, and the bar has a big local following. During the early evening, there are families eating dinner, but later at night the Tree House is a fun party. This is a great place to get a bite to eat, then hang around for hours chatting with fellow bikers at the bar.

Technically, Malone's is a dance club and not a bar. For bikers who want to get their grooves on, though, this is the place to go. There is always a crowd here, and there are three levels of dance floors, so if the music on one is not your style you can just go to another. Malone's serves beer and hard liquor and is usually full of women. Malone's has special parties for Halloween, New Year's and other occasions throughout the year. Malone's is a great place to end your night if you have already been partying pretty hard thanks to its central location and wild atmosphere. Be warned, though, on some nights there is a hefty cover.

Though technically not a biker bar, every Thursday night Hooters of Savannah hosts a bike night. Bring your bike out and meet other local motorcycling enthusiasts. Hooters reserves a portion of their parking lot just for bikes, so you can park and admire everyone else's ride. If you have a Very Important Biker card, you receive a 15% discount on food and souvenirs, but not drinks. Bike night is on Thursdays from 7 to 9 PM. Come out and enjoy some cold beer and hot wings. Bike nights are sponsored by Savannah Harley Davidson and sometimes include free live music, games and prizes.
