The Blue Colony Diner is located off of Interstate 84. For breakfast, the restaurant serves omelets, pancakes, Belgian waffles, French toast and pancakes. A featured breakfast is the hungry man--three eggs cooked to order, bacon, ham and sausage. The menu includes Mediterranean dishes like veal pattie parmigiana, baked manicotti and Greek moussaka.
