The Chicagoland area has dozens of night clubs, but only a few are located in the south suburbs. Luckily, the night clubs in the south suburbs are not very strict when it comes to dress codes or drink minimums. Whether you're a visitor to the Chicago area or a resident looking for a new party spot, night clubs in the south suburbs offer an exciting atmosphere for anyone over the age of 21.
Located just southwest of the city limits in Merrionette Park, 115 Bourbon Street combines Midwestern sensibility with New Orleans style. The complex offers dining, drinks and dancing in a huge 40,000 square foot space. Due to its close proximity to the city, 115 Bourbon Street is a popular spot for White Sox fans looking for a place to party after night games. Two sand volleyball courts are outside of the club, where co-ed games take place during the summertime. 115 Bourbon Street is open until 2 a.m every night, and until 3 a.m on Fridays and Saturdays.

Though its themes tend to change over the years, the Colosseum in Mokena remains devoted to being an unpretentious dance club. Current spots within the complex include the Pearl Room, Capone's, and Maximus. Set up like a strip mall, there is plenty of free parking in Colosseum's lot. A restaurant serves lunch and dinner, live bands occasionally play, and DJs spin electronic and hip hop music. Be aware that the establishment's name changes almost yearly, new ownership occurs often. The complex is located down the street from the Hickory Creek train station, making it easy for anyone in the south suburbs to get to Colosseum without driving.
