The entrance to Disney's California Adventure Park is situated right across from the entrance to the original Disneyland Park. Aside from the new 2010 water-display attraction named 'World of Color' there are many other attractions in the park including the falling elevator ride "Twilight Zone Tower of Terror", the roller coaster "California Screamin'" and the adventurous "Souring over California". The attractions in this Disney park are divided over five themed areas. There are also numerous restaurants and snack facilities scattered over the park that server everything from hot dogs and hamburgers to pizza and ice cream. Admission to Disney's California adventure as per August 2010 costs $$76 for ages ten and up. Kids ages three to nine pay $68. The Downtown Disney District is located outside of the theme parks next to the Disneyland Resort hotels and is considered an attraction in itself. The district gives you the feeling as if you are still inside one the theme parks however, admission to this area is free of charge and visitors can enjoy foods at dining establishments such as Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and ESPN Zone. Live-music entertainment is provided right on the promenade and at the House of Blues, movies can be viewed at the AMC movie theater on the premises and shopping enthusiasts will have plenty of apparel and novelty shops to browse through. Downtown Disney parking is free of charge.
