The motto at Bayou Bob's is to "let the good times roll," and providing patrons with a good dining experience is what the kitchen strives toward. Diners can start their meal with an appetizer, such as the crawfish cakes or alligator tail. Cajun meatloaf, smothered blackened catfish, shrimp gumbo or pasta orleans might serve as the entree, while Cajun fries or crab au gratin will complement the main dish. During Mardi Gras, Bayou Bob's goes all out, offering patrons boiled crawfish and other specials, and presents diners with Mardi Gras beads.

Gumbo's Louisiana Style Cafe offers a Southern atmosphere with a decor featuring pictures of jazz musicians. Gumbo's serves Cajun and Creole entrees diners would expect if they were visiting Louisiana. Diners can choose from a grilled chicken poboy served with Cajun chips, shrimp creole, blackened chicken salad, chicken dixie and more. Catfish jambalaya, oyster poboy and other choices are on the lunch menu. Gumbo's is a more upscale establishment and is not open for breakfast.

Tom's Home Cookin' is open only for lunch, but the limited hours don't deter diners from filling up the place. With traditional Southern dishes like fried chicken, peach cobbler and cornbread stuffing, Tom's has been a favorite for many years. For dessert, enjoy Coca-Cola cake or Nilla wafer vanilla pudding.
