Several restaurants in northern New Jersey offer kosher menus that include breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees, soups and sandwiches.
David Corcoran of the New York Times calls Etc. Steakhouse "unassuming but exhilarating." As of August 2010, the upscale kosher restaurant offers entree selections such as citrus-glazed red snapper, rock Cornish hen and beef short ribs. Additional menu offerings include gnocchi with beef cheek, duck and cauliflower risotto, baby spinach salad and bourbon and honey skirt steak. The restaurant’s dessert selections include chocolate fudge, coconut crème brulee and spiced pear cake.

The restaurant also presents dinner buffet menu items on selected week nights, and offers off-site catering and frozen food selections to go.
