Those traveling aboard a Princess cruise ship get to view Alaska by land and sea. The vacation combines the on-board experience with opportunities for glacier and wildlife viewing. The ship line employs national park rangers to offer expertise and enhance the experience. Each land-and-sea cruise visits both Glacier Bay and Denali National Park, made possible with the corporation's rail service. Its direct-to-wilderness rail service takes visitors straight to Denali National Park with fewer transfers. The wilderness lodges, located within the parks, offer consistent accommodations for passengers. The cruise offers a variety of optional shore and land excursions, ranging from nature hikes to river rafting.
