Among the dinner specialties is the low coastal bouillabaisse: shrimp, mussels, scallops, crab, andouille sausage, tomatoes, new potatoes and corn all served in a broth. Another is the coastal scallops, which are seared in a butter flavored with tarragon, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Eighteen appetizers lead the menu, such as the crabmeat cocktail, fried calamari and fried grouper or catfish fingers. Entrees include lobster tail, marinated grilled salmon, grilled or fried crabcakes with house-made Remoulade sauce and tilapia served grilled, fried, lemon-peppered or with Cajun seasoning.
