• Breckenridge offers a wide variety of activities for kids of all ages. Ski school is available for children 3 to 12 years old, with full and half-day lessons offered. Ice skating, hockey and sledding are also available for those kids not interested in skiing. If your child is more interested in indoor activities, they'll find an arcade, children's museum and recreation center with rock-climbing walls and an indoor pool. Child care is available, including a kid's-night-out program offered at the Mountain Top Children’s Museum, which allows parents a night out alone while kids spend the evening participating in different activities while in a safe environment.

Aspen Snowmass

• At Aspen Snowmass, many activities are designed with kids in mind. Enjoy a family ski package that allows you to spend the day together skiing the mountain. Kids under 6 years old ski free, and ski and snowboarding school is available for preschoolers to teens. Other family activities include a snow cat ride, sing along and barbecue dinner at the Burlingame Cabin and a free naturalist guided ski tour provided by the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.

Keystone

• Keystone offers family fun with its wide array of winter activities. Tube down the mountain, take a scenic gondola ride, ice skate or take a sleigh ride to dinner. Kids can also learn how to ski along with mountain safety at the Keystone Ski & Ride School. Classes are available for kids as young as 3 years old, and daycare is available for those too young for lessons. Also available is a Mom, Dad and Me program, which allows you to participate in your child's ski lessons while you get some skiing tips from a professional.
