    • TimberHouse Ski Lodge is located in Winter Park. The skiers have 121 different trails to ride on down the mountain.     • Eldora Mountain Resort has the best snowmaking system in the state of Colorado. The trails are 100 percent groomed throughout the season. One of the feature trails is three miles long. There are four dining options at Eldora Mountain Resort. Every year Eldora Mountain Resort features a telemark race to honor a local skier where people have to climb up 700 feet and then ride down the double black diamond trail.

    Laramie

    • An hour north of Fort Collins is the Snowy Range Ski Area. Visitors can ski seven days a week at the Snowy Range. The inexperienced skiers can take a few classes with instructors to brush up on their skills before hitting the slopes by themselves. The ski area offers a cafeteria to fill up on food and drinks in between trips down the mountain.
