The Villages is the largest retirement community in Florida with over 60,000 residents. It is located 20 miles south of Ocala in the center of the state. It features several championship golf courses and 40 heated pools. Residents can enjoy live entertainment provided at the town square or they can see the latest movie at the Villages' state-of-the-art theaters. Social clubs and dance groups are available and several churches are accessible by golf cart. Seniors can work out at the fitness center. The community also has a centrally located medical facility. Homes can be built to residents' specifications or preowned homes are available for purchase.

Sun City Center is just a few miles from Tampa Bay in west central Florida. This retirement community encourages an active lifestyle and provides plenty of activity for its seniors, including volleyball and tennis courts, swimming pools, a fitness center, lawn bowling and dance halls.
