This spa in Vista, California, is offering a special rate for two people during four weeks this year--May 9, Aug. 29, Oct. 31 or Dec. 12--for those of you who can pick and choose your vacation weeks to fit this special deal. One guest pays full price at the spa, while the second person pays half-price for the stay. The package includes three meals a day, admission to all fitness classes, a nutritional lecture, a cooking demonstration and therapeutic spa treatments depending on the package that's booked. This is a shared occupancy deal. The rate for three nights at the spa is $3,995; four nights, $5,295.

This luxurious and well-known health spa resort has a deal called "Two New, Too Terrific," which offers two first-time guests who share accommodations a 15 percent discount on their package stay. Located in Lenox, Mass., the east coast Canyon Ranch package includes accommodations, three meals a day, healthy snacks, admission to more than 40 daily fitness classes and activities, round-trip transfers to local airports and the Albany train station, complimentary valet parking and an allowance for spa, wellness and sports services. If you book a stay at Deerfield from April 11-16 for their mini-week special, you get a 10 percent discount on the Sunday through Friday five-night stay. Rates for this special range from $765 to $1,237, a discount of $85 to $137. The Deerfield Spa's 10-day special covers a stay from April 16-25, at a seven-day price. The package includes 50-minute Swedish massages, a $160 voucher that can be used for any spa treatments, all meals, snacks, unlimited exercise, cooking and nutrition programs, evening activities and unlimited use of the spa's outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Rates range from $900 to $1,530, a savings of $380 to $640.

Over on the West Coast, the Rancho La Puerta spa in San Diego, California, is offering 20 percent off a one-week stay at the spa anytime between June 12 and Aug. 28.
