Traveling far away to an unfamiliar area, such as Alaska, can be an overwhelming idea. However, an all-inclusive vacation package to the wilderness of Alaska takes care of all of the details from transportation to dining to lodging accommodations. A number of all-inclusive options are available for those who wish to visit Alaska.
With two departure dates in the summer of 2010, the Alaska Explorer Safari is a nine-day all-inclusive adventure trip offered by Alaska Wildland Adventures. Starting at the Kenai Riverside Lodge, located along the banks of the Kenai River, guests stay two nights in camping accommodations. Guests stay the next two nights at the Kenai Backcountry Lodge. Night five is spent in the town of Talkeetna and the trip is wrapped up with overnight stays at the entrance of the Denali National Park. Some of the activities included in the Alaskan Explorer Safari are rafting on the Kenai River, hiking the Chugach Nation Forest trails, riding the Alaska Railroad and a flightseeing tour of Mt. McKinley. This all-inclusive wilderness safari includes meals and offers special rates for children 12 to 18 years old.
