Sea Isle City in southern New Jersey sits directly on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. One mile south of the Coast Motel, the Sea Isle Inn offers three styles of rooms: the Holiday Suite, Seafarer Suite and Islander Suite. Each accommodation is equipped with a private balcony, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, color television and a ceramic tile bathroom with shower and tub. The Seafarer Suite has an additional kitchenette included. The inn provides daily housekeeping, free parking, sun deck and outdoor pool. Room rates are seasonal and a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. The Sea Isle Inn is located next to Kix McNutley’s, a local favorite bar and lounge, which features live music, festival events and karaoke nights.

The Colonnade Inn is located one mile south of the Sea Isle Inn and was originally built in 1883. This lodging is built in the Victorian style and features five room styles: deluxe, efficiency and one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, wireless Internet, cable television and heat and air conditioning. Some rooms also come with gas fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. The inn features a large wraparound porch, antique furniture, large common area where coffee and baked goods are offered for breakfast daily, large-screen television in the lobby and daily maid service. Like the Sea Isle Inn, room rates are seasonal. The Colonnade Inn does not offer an on-site restaurant, but is located less than half a mile from Dock Mike’s Pancake House, Carmen’s Seafood Restaurant and the Lobster Loft.
