The Echo Motel offers visitors many types of accommodations, depending on need and length of stay. Motel rooms are housed in a two-story wood building, with three cottages next door that can accommodate up to eight people. The property also includes a 3-bedroom rental home, a 2-bedroom rental home for two to five people and a studio apartment. The Beach Walk Oceanfront Inn opened in April 2009. Beach Walk Oceanfront Inn is a complex of several buildings. The Windsong is a two-story wood building with 12 rooms that can accommodate two to three people. The Beach House is a 2-story wooden building with eight rooms that can accommodate two to four people; it also has a third floor penthouse room. Two guest houses can accommodate four or more people, and two apartment buildings have two apartments each, with room for four or more people. Refrigerators and air conditioning are standard amenities in every room, and Internet access is available. Kitchenettes are available in some Windsong and Beach House rooms, with full kitchens standard in guest houses and apartments. The Beach Walk Oceanfront Inn is open April to October.

The Edgewater Motor Inn is in the center of Old Orchard Beach's seven-mile stretch of beach. Oceanfront rooms are on the second floor and feature a wet bar, a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. First-floor oceanfront rooms have two double beds, an activity table, a refrigerator and a microwave. First- and second-floor ocean-view guestrooms have either a king-sized bed with a day bed or two double beds. Kitchenette rooms are on the first floor and include two full-sized beds and a kitchen area with a breakfast bar. Suites accommodate up to six people with two bedrooms, a sitting area and a small compact kitchen with a breakfast bar.
