Store your food and other listed items in a box for space flight. Identify your box with color-coded tape. Store the box in an appropriate location and secure it tightly so that it will not float around.
Remove your food and other items from the box at mealtime. Secure all of your food items and utensils onto the tray provided on the flight. Use the attached nylon straps and hook and loop fasteners to secure your items.
Open your tortilla and let it float nearby. Cut open your peanut butter packet with scissors, squeeze the contents out and spread them on the tortilla with your finger. Repeat with jelly. Secure all of the trash so it does not float around. Eat your sandwich normally.
Heat your can of tuna in the onboard oven to desired temperature. Open the can of tuna most of the way. Cut open the liquid salt and pepper with scissors and transfer the contents to your tuna using your fingers. Eat the tuna. Stow the empty can on your tray so it does not float away.
Eat your fruits and vegetables normally. Remember, they are only available the first few days of space travel or right after a supply ship has docked, because they are fragile and hard to keep. Store the waste back on your tray when finished.
Remove the cap on the pudding mix. Attach the tube to a cold water valve on the spacecraft and insert a measured amount of water. Remove the tube and replace the cap. Squeeze the plastic container until all of the mix and water have combined into a paste consistency. Open mix cap and eat by squeezing contents out of the tube. Store the empty container on the tray.
Place your waste in the trash receptacle and close. Place tray and utensils back into your specified storage box and stow away the box.
