Celebrating its 50th year in business in 2007, Royal Air Maroc is a large airline partially owned by the Moroccan government and considered the national airline of Morocco. From its hub in Casablanca, Royal Air Maroc flies to cities in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Book by phone by calling (212) 974 3850 or by using the Royal Air Maroc Web site to book tickets (see "Resources"). Select departure and arrival locations, dates of travel and timetables to reserve a seat that meets your travel needs.
Pay for and receive tickets online. Select flight information and pay for tickets using a credit card. Royal Air Maroc uses e-tickets almost exclusively and will email you a booking confirmation instead of supplying you a paper ticket.
Explore ticket fare choices. Royal Air Maroc offers six types of fares with varying levels of restrictions and discounts. Web-exclusive fares do not offer any additional discounts, and changes and cancellations are restricted. At the other end of the spectrum, you'll have access to unlimited change and cancellation options if you book executive-class tickets.
Be informed of discounts. Discounts for infants are 90 percent off adult fared and children's fares are 25 percent to 33 percent of full fares. In addition, some flights to Europe offer discounts if you book two one-way tickets rather than a single round-trip seat.
Use Royal Air Maroc for international travel. Royal Air Maroc provides service to 74 cities in 22 countries, including destinations as far away from its hub as San Francisco and Seattle.
Fly with Royal Air Maroc to reach domestic destinations in Morocco. Royal Air Maroc flies to 12 cities within Morocco, including larger cities such as Rabat and Marrakech, as well as smaller cities like Nador.
Have travel documentation at all times. Be sure to be in constant possession of your passport as well as your visa and important health information, if applicable.
Check in early. Royal Air Maroc advises you arrive to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure and as early as 3 hours in advance during busy seasons.
