Sky Harbor offers two 24-hour free waiting lot for those waiting to pick up arriving passengers. These are also called "cell-phone lots." It is important that you stay with your vehicle in these lots as they are meant to be used for 30 minutes or less.
Short-term parking is available, meant for those picking up passengers but who need to go inside the airport to do so, as opposed to those who can meet their arrivals outside at the loading curbs. These garages cost $4 per hour with a $25-dollar-per-day maximum.
There are two types of economy and long-term parking at Sky Harbor: uncovered and covered lots. The uncovered lots offer a rate of $4 per hour with a daily maximum of $9. The covered lots also have an hourly rate of $4 but their daily maximum is slightly higher at $11.
